Getting Back In The Swing Of Things After The Wedding

The wedding weekend was perfect. Beautiful weather for
an outdoor wedding and everyone has a great time!
Thank you to everyone for the sweet emails and texts :)
I honestly can say I have never seen Jonathan happier
than he was that day. He has some
AWESOME friends who flew in from Maryland, Texas
Mississippi and other states.


I never saw signs of nerves
just smiles and grins all day.
I even saw the sweetest text he sent
Laura right before the "big moment" ending it with
"See you at the other end of the aisle"

Several gals have asked to see pictures and
I will get a slide show up of a few pics
later this week.

We have several new things going on within
the store and I will be getting back into the
swing of things the next few days.

For now here's a cute idea for Father's Day
that I saw online this morning :)

know Jonathan & Laura's
wedding weekend is here.
We will be closing Thursday at 2pm
and remain closed thru the
weekend for all the wedding
festivities. Here's a few pics

Got my hands on this magazine yesterday.
It is fantastic! Several terrific rooms
and a ton of decorating/organizing ideas.
I am finally taking some time every night after
closing the store to plan out my scrap room and
my general crafts room. With all
the daily duties of the store/home
I still have not set up either room at the
new house and it's been 2 years now. Actually
I rarely go in them; but I am going to
start having "my time" each night.
I recently find a pic of exactly what
type of cropping table/island I want.
Which means Gerald has yet another project
to create in his Garage-Mahal :)

love this island but have to have different stools and
Gerald is going to sink one of my sewing
machines into the island (sewing cabinet style)
so it will fold under the counter disappearing
when it's not in use :)
