Really Cute Accordian Album Made by a Regular Cropper at EMI

Here's one of the cutest projects I have seen in a while made by

a regular customer who comes in several times a week and hangs out.

She made this accordian album using the Fancy Pants Designs Chipboard Album in a Box Set and the new 3 Bugs in a Rug Blossom

10 for $10 crop this coming Saturday 6-30-07

This coming Saturday we will be kicking off our new 10 for $10 crops.

The cropping starts at 12noon and lasts till 10pm (since we open at 10am you can actually come earlier if you want)

The $10 crop fee includes 8 feet of cropping space at our solid oak cropping tables, snacks, sodas, prizes every hour and more.

If you can join the fun this coming Saturday please give us a call to reserve your spot. If you can't arrive until later in the afternoon don't worry once you reserve your space it's on hold for you until you arrive.

If you can't join us this coming Sat we hope you can join us another Saturday in July :)

Pre-teen and Mom & Me Classes

Pre-Teen and Mom & Me Classes

Alot of customers have asked about classes for kids this summer.

I havent really had a chance to promote it this summer but yes we are offering classes for pre-teens and mom & kids together. The classes are
$12 per item and include the 2 hour class and all the supplies.

A very good instructor who taught classes for me for years at Michaels
including all the summer camp classes is in the store on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays teaching these classes. We are keeping the classes very small so that everyone gets enough one on one time to complete the projects. Here are a few pics of past and upcoming projects. A full list of dates/projects can be emailed or faxed to anyone who wants one. Just email or call us. We do ask that if possible you pre-sign/pre-pay in advance to give Vicki enough time to prepare all the supplies.

Also moms and kids are welcome to come in any day there is not a class scheduled and spend some **Free Table Time** cropping and creating with their kids. This past Thursday we had a few croppers in the store
with their mom. It is really fun to see what they create for their special albums.

Autumn Leaves Live The Foof-A-Life Books and New Scallop Card Stock

are on the way. I talked with AL today and the box is leaving in the morning.

Hopefully the books and paper will be here on Wednesday. Here's a

I just checked the tracking info and these awesome little machines are on schedule and due for delivery tommorrow. We also have the covers in several sizes, black coils and a few other items coming in from Zutter.

I have looked at several neat websites that have ideas for these. I already have several cute projects and classes planned using this machine.

For those of you that pre-ordered I will call/email as soon as my favorite man in brown delivers them :)

10 for $10

After talking with several customers the past few days I have decided to change how we do crops a little.

Our new 10 for $10 Crops will be every Saturday 12noon-10pm. The $10 crop fee includes 10 hours of cropping fun with 8 feet of space at our solid oaks tables, use of all our dies, die cut machines, sewing machine, punches and other tools. Also included are snacks, sodas and hourly prizes and drawings. We already have people signing up for the next 2 weeks so if anyone is interested I would encourage you to sign up in advance. Space is limited to 12 people with this type of crop :)

Jenni Bowlin Spring Pink Collection came in this morning.

We received all the papers including the cool die cut label paper, the sun frame chipboard, label frame chipboard, journaling cards and scallop notecards. I have seen several neat projects done with this line and will post a few pics later today or tommorrow :)

The past 2 days have been busy busy busy with lots of new product arriving. We have received items from Basic Grey again, Heidi Swapp, 3 Bugs in a Rug, 7 Gypsies Acrylic Stamps, K & Co Sola and Belle Scrapbook Kits and more. Here are a few pics of the new items.

Also I received an email from Jenni at Jenni Bowlin and her new Pink line will be here tommorrow. If you loved her black and red line we received a few weeks ago you will definately love this new lne also. I will post pics as soon as it arrives.

Today we received another shipment of the Basic Grey Items. We received the Precision File Sets, Spring and Family Rub Ons in White, Seal It Rub Ons in black and the really cool Lunch Pail Album Sets. The Lunch Pail album sets include the metal Lunch Pail, 12 plain inserts, 6 tabbed inserts, 40 chipboard mini elements and 18 insert protectors.

Tommorrow we are expecting some 7 Gypsies Acrylic Stamps from the May release and also 2 collections of 3 Bugs in a Rug Papers & Chipboard.

Bring your Scrapodex to class and fill it up. In this class you will recieve a refill set for your Scrapodex and everything you need to turn it into a really cool album. We will be using rub on's, felt flowers, bling and fabric paper. Remember that if you can't make it to the class, but would still like to take it all you have to do is call the store to reserve your kit.
