Saturday Night Crop Added!
A few girls called and asked if we could add a crop, so we did. If anyone would like to join us this Saturday night, call the store to reserve your spot. - Veronica K.
Updated Pics - Garden Album
Ok so I am finally completely done. Yay! I know I named it a Garden album, but the theme seems to be Grow. So I guess it could work for babies, children or gardens. Love Elsie Collections Are Here!
We received all 3 collections and they are well worth the long wait that all we scrappers had to "endure".
Very cool double sided pattern papers, embossed papers and fabric papers... The embellishment part of the collection is huge....rub-ons, soft gels, chipboard buttons, ribbon in 2 sizes, epoxy stickers, cardstock stickers, chipboard albums and more.

Here is a sneak peak of the Garden Album. I am missing one ring for the middle, but I know a few people have been by the store asking to see it. There are two kits available for the Round Mini Book class from earlier this month. You will recieve full photos and directions. Call the store to reserve your kit. Please allow 24 hrs for your kit to be prepared.

There is one spot/kit available for the Father Themed Album this Tuesday AM or PM. You can come to the class or you can reserve a kit with full photos and directions. If you reserve a kit, you can pick it up the day after the class. Remember that we offer this option with all of our classes, so if you see something you would like to make don't hesitate to call.

Making Memories June Releases arrive early :)
Our favorite man in brown brought our Making Memories goodies today. We received both the Lizzie and Ruby Vintage Lines. The collections include rich colored double sided pattern cardstock, flocked cardstock, vintage trims, buttons, clear alphabets and tags, metal frames and flocked ephemeras.

Boy has this week been busy :)
We received shipments from several companies including
Jenni Bowlin, Urban Lily, 7 Gypsies, Hambly and Heidi Swapp.
The Jenni Bowlin Vintage Style line is terrific. I have several ideas for layouts using all her cute embellishments.
From Urban Lily we received 2 lines. I love them both but the Happy Everything Line is my favorite. Lots of cool sheets of paper soooooo
different from any other line. I love the words on the sheets. Their rub-ons are very very cool also. Lots of unusual sayings that I havent seen on rub-ons before. I actually had to get 5 of the 6 packs for myself. I couldnt resist :)
We received the new Heidi Swapp Book. "Just For Looks" It's full of Heidi ideas using all her embellishments including the newest ones.
We also received x-large ghost shapes, felt word/saying rub-ons and flowers.
From Hambly we received several transparencies. I love the lime green
giant circle and the white journal one.
From 7 gypsies we received the Spring Paper Release Napoli, also 6-8 styles of the new spring release 97% cardstock stickers, more file folder albums, rubberband albums, more of the new 97% tags in both black ink and colored ink.

ok soooooo I goofed again....forgot to mention that
the SCRAP-O-DEX'S have arrived along with more peek-a-boo
albums and tabbed albums all by Zsiage. After the crop and today
there are alot of Scrap-o-dex's in the works out there :)
Also in are more of the new 7 Gypsies 97% Certifiable Cardstock

Ok I have been bad again. I can't believe it has been over a week since I last posted. Things have been CRAZY at the store and at home. DD Jennifer is in the final days of her senior year of high school graduating in less than 2 weeks and EXEMPTING 5 FINALS!!!! including an AP Government/Economics class and Language Arts Class....How awesome is that? Graduating with 5 A's...with honors and double lettering this year. We went and saw her last play in the theater at school this past Friday and she was awesome as the lead with +180 lines. Ok enough about home life here's whats happening at the store :)
Veronica and I have been spending countless hours
online and going thru catalogs looking for more of the latest and greatest goodies..Boy did we find a few AWESOME lines and goodies that will
start arriving next Wednesday. Many of these lines will be new lines to the store. We will be posting and emailing pics of the new goodies as soon as they arrive.
National Scrapbook Day was a great day! We enjoyed spending the day/night cropping with all of our terrific customers. I actually got almost 3 altered chipboard albums for gifts done. Several gals were shocked to see me actually sitting still and cropping for so long :)
We had lots of laughs & stories compliments of 2 terrific customers Erika and Jennifer. Veronica did 2 make and takes for everyone. We had some great goodies for everyone including Autumn Leaves Transparency Paper Packs and Stamped Alpha CD's for all the gals. Hope everyone has a use for those great goodies :)
The winner of our filled Large Junkitz Bag was Erika. She won a Bag filled with Fancy Pants, Autumn Leaves, Making Memories etc. goodies.
She came into the store and picked up her bag when I was out Tuesday and escaped without us getting a picture :( We will get her next time she comes cropping.
Speaking of cropping our next all day crop is Saturday May 19th! Cropping starts at 10am and continues until 12 midnight. Crop fee of $15 includes all the cropping. snacks, drinks, dinner, goodie bags and more!
Signups have already started so if you can join us please call the store
as soon as you can so you dont miss out on the fun!
Summer Camp for pre-teens
As many of you may or may not know. The store was my Mother's Day gift last year from my hubby :) After opening late last summer I resigned from Michaels Arts and Crafts Chain as an Event Coordinator in early October after many many years. I created many many summer camps and events for them over the years and loved being with the kids and preteens(last year alone the Cumming Michaels had +2500 kids attend the camps) sooooooooooooo I have decided to offer a summer camp for
pre-teens at the store 3 days a week. The crafting is geared towards children 7 and up. We will have classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am-12noon. Each camp day will cost $12 and include all the supplies for that day's project. We have some great crafts planned including a flip-flop accordian album, disney accordian album, altered clipboard, altered canvas and more. Signups started today and each class is limited to 12 students. You can either come into the store and register or call in and register. I am sure these classes/crafts will be a big hit :)
Ok I think that is it for tonight. Time to head home and continue the quest for more of the latest and greatest :)

Scenic Route is Here
Hi Everyone
Things were so busy over the weekend I didnt have a chance to post new product info. Last week we received 2 lines from Scenic Route **Laurel and Metropolis** We have the papers, chipboard, cardstock stickers and rub-ons. We also received another line from GIN-X **As You Wish** papers, all about me labels and alphabets and more coasters for the
Office Line. From Bazzill we received12 more colors of **Bling** and we also got more colors of **Ice Stickles** in.
Yesterday our favorite man in brown brought our 1st shipment of Autumn Leaves new book **Perfectly Clear** Lots of neat ideas in this long awaited book :) Retail for this book is $12.95.
Monday I talked to Zsiage and the Scrap-o-dex (Retail $20.00..refills are $7.99) is shipping this week. Our first shipment is almost pre-sold out so if anyone wants to reserve one please call the store to pre-pay or stop by. These are going to be really popular for coffee table type gifts. Also more of the tabbed binders and peek-a-boo books are coming with the Scrap-o-dex.
I think that's it for new product updates.

As of this morning we have 6 spots left. We would love to have a few more ladies join us for a day of cropping fun from 12noon-12midnight
this Saturday May 5th.
We have a day of special things planned including terrific
goodie bags and give-a-ways compliments of Autumn Leaves (giant stamped font cds and page kits including embellishments) Scenic Route,
Junkitz, Fancy Pants and a few more.
Cropping Fee of $15 includes all the cropping fun, snacks, drinks, dinner,

****Summer Store Hours****
Hi Everyone
After alot of thinking I have decided to change our store hours on
Sundays for the Summer Months.
Effective this weekend we will be closed on Sundays thru August so that we can have "Family Time" with our families on Sundays.
Sundays have always been family get together days for my family (more so since my father passed away) and since the store opened I have only spent a few Sundays with my mom. (3 I think) Also having a 20 year old son and a soon to be 18 year old daughter graduating high school in 21 days I know my special Sundays with them are limited. Veronica has 2 little cuties of her own and I want her to be able to have her family time on Sundays as well.
Since Scrapbooking revolves around families and memories I hope all of our awesome customers will understand and visit us Mon-Sat during the summer months :)
